Small Successes

1. Cecilia and I planted all our Easter flowers (2 Lilies, 3 Tulips and 5 Hyacinths) out in front of the house just in time for 2 days of rain. Most seem to be doing well. A couple could look better, but we will see how it goes. There wasn't anything else there, so they can't possibly make the area worse and I still have 4 Lillies from last year working their way up in the same bed.

2. I got all caught up editing my Liturgical Yearbook and coordinating my ICal with it. Small, I know, but my girls don't like to let me have much time on the least not without at least one of them in my lap. Ever try to type with a 1 year old hitting the keyboard? Makes for some interesting text!

3. I made great headway this week cutting out pieces for the 15 remaining border squares on my quilt project. Of the 435 pieces I need to make all 15 squares, I only have 60 left to cut out.

  1. You've been busy! What a great list! Please take pics of the quilt when you are done!!!! Is there a way to share your Liturgical yearbook too? Very neat!

    Have a great weekend!!!

After it is finished, I'll definitely post pictures of the whole quilt, but I don't expect that to be until December, especially with a baby on the way.

As far as the Liturgical Yearbook, I'd be happy to share it, but I'm uncertain how copyrights might be infringed upon as the pictures I used are all off the internet and I haven't a clue which have rights reserved and which don't. So I think I have to err on the side of caution and not post it.
    God Bless!
