I am praying for temperance, patience and better sleep for all.
I am hoping for better sleep for everyone. Felicity woke up 4 times last night and is running a slight fever. Elizabeth seems to want to nurse non-stop and so hasn't had a good night. These mean that James and I are tired too. Sleep! Sleep! Sleep!
I am thinking I am not going to do a Tiny Tuesday Treasures anymore. It isn't a bad idea, but the mom who runs it has been so busy she doesn't always have it up in the morning when I am at my computer such that I have to remember to come back later and put in the links and last week she forgot completely. I do post about my girls all the time anyway so I can't say as I think it is necessary and it will be one less required post for me for the week.
I am thankful for Elizabeth's ever increasing baby fat rolls on those cute chubby arms and legs.
Cecilia is kissing Elizabeth and setting up for a tea party.
Felicity is sitting in my lap and pinching my arm. I don't think she is feeling very well.
Elizabeth is laying on the changing pad on the table, buckled in of course.
I am reading Jane Eyre (~page 375), The Pursuit of Happiness - God's Way by Pinckaers (on chapter 5), and The Omnivore's Dilemma by Pollan (on chapter 2).
I am listening to Cecilia ask me if I want some tea. She is having a tea party.
At home we are enjoying home grown tomatoes.
This week I will clean the upstairs and see how many more squares for the quilt I can get done.
This week's saints include the Birth of the Blessed Virgin Mary (Tuesday) and St. Peter Claver (Wednesday; Patron of African Americans, Colombia, Racial Issues).
